From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and we were impressed by the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The interior decor, with its 1950's Moroccan style, was beautiful. The views from the hotel were also great. We particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool in the morning. The staff, especially the doorman Ahmed and the spa attendant Halima, were incredibly kind and professional.

Within a walking distance of Restaurant Marrakech, where you can have lunch. We had nice time at the hotel and would come here again. Interesting place for a city break in Fez! Free parking was provided to the guests.

I had a great time at Menzeh Zalagh City Center. The lobby and pool were beautiful, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. The grill at the pool served delicious food, and the hamman was a wonderful experience. The location, while not the best, still had some convenience options nearby like a McDonald's and a mall. I would recommend this hotel.

Although the rooms felt a bit outdated, they were spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
